Paul Stafford
With over 2 decades of experience within the health and social care, Paul brings extensive knowledge, experience and a real passion to Paxwell Complex Care. Paul has previously held senior positions within health and social care and within care franchising. Roles have included, Registered Manager, Operations Director, Head of Service Development, Regional Operations Manager, Regional Development Manager, Commissioning Manager and Regional Franchise Support Manager.
He has also successfully helped launch a number of new businesses / services and developed existing care businesses / services across the south, southeast, southwest and midland’s areas of the UK.
Paul also has 16 years’ experience of working within complex care, including Seizure Management, Acquired Brain Injuries, Traumatic Brain Injuries, Spinal Cord Injuries, Bowel Management and Care, Catheterisation, Physical Disabilities, Cerebral Palsy, Neurological Conditions, such as Parkinson’s and Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease, and Airway Management, managing a wide range of medical conditions, mental health condition, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, including ADHD & Autism.
His passion for providing high quality care services is personal, after a very close family member suffered a severe spinal injury following a tragic accident, which left him completely paralysed from the neck down at 17 years old. This changed Paul and his family’s life forever as they witnessed and experienced first-hand this life changing situation to someone so close to them.
Who We Are
Paxwell Complex Care is part of the Fenwick Care Group, and we are a care provider, who provides nursing care and nurse led care and support to adults and children with a wide range of complex health needs and needs, in their own homes and in the community. Our services are national but delivered locally.
We practice and promote person centred care, through choice and control, which is specific to those we care and support, ensuring safety is always upheld and risk is minimised.
Our services are guided and governed by clinical experts, and our care is delivered by professional, experienced, competent and compassionate teams, who strive to empower those who use our services, and to enable them to achieve their best possible potential, their goals and outcomes.
